Roc Pilates is a small owner occupied studio located just off Main Street Beacon at 123 Rombout Avenue in a Mid-Century Modern classic with off street parking.
Roc is a fully equipped Pilates Studio. You’ll find a combination of two newly renovated Peak Reformers alongside brand new Tecno Pilates apparatus from Milan, Italy. Towers, Cadillac, Wunda Chairs, an Electric Chair and all the Barrels for stretching and extension work.
