About the studio
ROC Pilates offers group classes and private lessons with a focus on Classical Pilates approach.
Our studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, High Chair, Wunda Chairs and Barrels.
Our instructors lead classes for both beginner and experienced practices.

I have been teaching for over two decades in NYC and Beacon, and have been a teacher trainer, mentoring Pilates Teachers for over 15 years. Operating since 2017, Roc Pilates takes a classical approach to pilates based upon the original, revolutionary method of Joseph Pilates called “Contrology.”
ROC Pilates is inspired by Joe and the Pilates Elders including today’s masters Jillian Hessel, Jerome Weinberg and Bob Liekens.
The Studio is fully equipped with classical apparatus, focused on individual needs and small group classes.
