ROC PILATES IS INSPIRED BY JOE & THE PILATES ELDERS AS WELL AS SOME OF TODAY’S MASTERS JILLIAN HESSEL, JEROME WEINBERG AND BOB LIEKENS.

THE STUDIO IS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH CLASSICAL APPARATUS, FOCUSING ON INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND SMALL GROUP CLASSES.
